Guild Wars

Declare war on another guild and let the frags do the talking. Everything is managed from the website — no in-game commands.

How does a guild war work?

A guild war is a duel for frags between two guilds. The leader of one guild challenges another to a war of N frags (default 200). When the rival guild accepts, the server starts counting every kill between members of both guilds. The first to reach the limit wins.

There are no bets or gold on the line: it's purely a count of frags and glory. Since RookieWar is Retro Hardcore PvP, they could already kill each other; the war just keeps the official scoreboard.

Web commands (step by step)

  1. Create your guild. You need a character of level 8 or higher that isn't already in a guild. Go to Create Guild.
  2. Declare war. As a leader, go to your guild panel, type the exact name of the rival guild and the frag limit (between 10 and 1000). A pending invitation is sent.
  3. Accept or decline. The leader of the challenged guild sees the invitation in their panel and can Accept (the war begins) or Decline.
  4. Counting frags. Once accepted, every time a member of one guild kills a member of the other in combat, the scoreboard goes up. The server counts it automatically.
  5. Win. The first guild to reach the frag limit wins. The server announces the winner and closes the war.
  6. Cancel or surrender. Whoever invited can Cancel while the invitation is still pending. During an active war, either leader can Surrender and end it.

View the scoreboard

The Guild Wars Active page shows every war in progress with the live scoreboard: each guild's frags against the limit. It updates on its own.

Note: guild changes (joining, ranks) apply to your character when you reconnect to the game.
